AWMZA GO

Draft — lawyer review required before reliance. This working draft applies only to GO AWMZA TRAVEL at go.awmza.com. It must be reviewed and adapted for the operating entity, selling jurisdictions, licences, tax position and supplier contracts before being treated as final terms.

Terms of Service

Effective draft date: 20 August 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern use of the GO AWMZA TRAVEL website, account features, live flight search, booking requests and human support channels. By using the service or submitting a booking request, the customer confirms that they can enter into a binding agreement and accepts these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Refund/Cancellation Policy.

2. What the service does

GO AWMZA TRAVEL displays live flight offers obtained from an approved supplier and may arrange checkout after an offer is revalidated. Availability, itinerary, fare rules, taxes, currency, baggage, change conditions and cancellation eligibility are determined by the relevant supplier and carrier. Other travel-service categories shown on the website may be marked as coming soon and are not automatically bookable unless a live booking flow is expressly made available.

3. Quotes, price and availability

A displayed fare is not a confirmed booking. Before payment, the selected offer is revalidated for availability, price, currency and expiry. If the offer cannot be revalidated or has changed, checkout may be stopped and the customer will be asked to search again or request human support. GO AWMZA TRAVEL does not create placeholder reservations, fictional ticket references or simulated supplier confirmations.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate passenger, contact and travel information, including names that match valid travel documents. Customers are responsible for checking passport, visa, transit, health, entry and carrier requirements applicable to their journey. Any suspected error should be reported promptly through the human support channel before travel.

5. Payments and tickets

Where payment is available, card payment is processed through Stripe Checkout. A payment authorization or checkout session does not by itself prove that a ticket has been issued. Ticketing is confirmed only when the approved supplier returns a confirmed order/ticket reference and the customer receives a corresponding confirmation. Unsupported payment methods are not represented as available.

6. Manual review and compliance safeguards

Some booking requests may require human review before payment or ticketing, including where an offer cannot be safely verified, a safety or compliance screening requires review, or the workflow detects a material inconsistency. A manual review is not an automatic rejection and no adverse conclusion is communicated merely from an automated flag.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the confirmed fare rules, supplier/carrier conditions and applicable law. GO AWMZA TRAVEL does not automatically issue refunds. Customers may submit a request for human review; the detailed process is set out in the Refund/Cancellation Policy.

8. Support and service limits

Human support is available through the published contact channels. Website content and travel planning information are provided for general assistance and do not replace carrier notices, official immigration advice or travel-document requirements. The customer should allow sufficient time for supplier confirmation and human review where required.

9. Accounts and acceptable use

Customers must protect account credentials and must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass controls, submit fraudulent details, interfere with the website or use another person’s data without authority. GO AWMZA TRAVEL may restrict access where necessary to protect users, suppliers, payments or legal compliance, subject to applicable law.

10. Contact and governing details

For account, booking or policy questions, contact info@awmza.com or the published WhatsApp support channel. The operating legal entity, registered address, licence disclosures, governing law and dispute process must be inserted by the owner after legal review; these draft Terms do not invent them.
